About Jacquelyne

Jacquelyne Morison holds a Bachelor of Music (BMus) degree and a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Music in addition to attaining Grade 8 Music Theory and Grade 7 Piano from the Associated Board of the Royal Schools of Music (ABRSM). Jacquelyne also holds a Post-Graduate Certificate of Education PGCE from Birmingham University with a specialism in teaching post-compulsory education learners as well as an Enhanced DBS Certificate.

Jacquelyne is a classical singer, vocal coach, composer, pianist and semi-professional actress and music has always been a theme of supreme importance throughout her life.

Jacquelyne is also the Founder of Apollo Theatricals which presents thought-provoking drama in the Cotswolds. Next year Apollo Theatricals will be performing Molière’s Tartuffe in Cirencester Park from Wednesday 15 to Saturday 18 July 2026. Jacquelyne is, furthermore, the author of the Medici Squadron series of novels and the Rustic Dining series of cookery books, available from most bookshops (visit Blackwell’s) and online. Her ideas came to fruition some years ago when she discovered that creative writing held an inherently relaxing and therapeutic quality.

Jacquelyne is currently writing a new book, entitled The Theory of Tonal Music: Standard Grades Encapsulated which will be published in 2026. A synopsis of this title is available from the author who can be contacted via the Contact page on the Creative Music Tuition website.

Jacquelyne runs a hypnotherapy training school, Jacquelyne Morison Hypnotherapy Training and she has penned several seminal works on the topic of Analytical Hypnotherapy.

Jacquelyne has previously worked as a Business Studies lecturer, an IT training consultant, a freelance technical author and a copywriter.
